"Brush-tail Possum Dreaming"

This part of the story comes from a big hill called Mawurrji, west of Yuendumu. There is a water soakage there that was created by the Possum ancestors. Warlpiri people have a young men's initiation ceremony which involves the Possum Dreaming. The possum trackes are represented by the 'E' shaped figures and concentric circles represent the trees in which the possums live as wellas the site of Mawurrji.
