Daniel Walbidi was born in1982 and comes from Bidyadanga. It was the first traditional homeland of the Karajarri people who lived on the coast. When La Grange Mission started people were brought in from the desert and helped build the cattle stations. Bidyadanga has five tribes living in one community. We all speak and understand each other’s languages and live together as one big family.
